Welcome to MJC Associates – the real estate company focusing on “top quality” properties in Mallorca. Our principal business is marketing and selling high value properties in the Balearics, and the assessment of development projects.

As a company we market only a very limited number of properties - country estates, luxury villas and apartments. All of the listed properties have been evaluated by us and are only listed if we consider them to be good value for money and of the right quality for our clients.

The majority of our individual properties are priced from € 2,000,000 upwards but we also offer new apartments in excellent locations from approximately € 300,000 and work with a limited number of agents throughout the island.

A large part of our owners require a high degree of discretion regarding their properties and therefore information will only be given to enquirers who can evidence their seriousness and their financial ability to purchase such properties.
