Frit mallorquí - fried offal with potatoes, onions and tomatoes
Coques - Pastry similar to Pizza with vegetables (onions, peppers, tomato, egg plant etc.) and sometimes tuna
Caldereta de llagosta - Very tasty soup a la French Bouillabaisse but made with Lobster
Llom amb col - Pork loin cooked with cabbage
Sopas Mallorquinas - Rather dry soup made of vegetables, cabbage and bread soaked in the soup.
Trampo - Salad made of green pepper, tomato and onion dressed with Virgin olive oil and salt.
Ensaimada - Typical dessert. Large round pastry made with lard (is that pork grease?) and dressed with icing sugar. Sometimes filled with cream, cabell d'angel - thick pumpkin marmalade, or chocolate.
